CAD Draughtsperson
Due
to continued growth, The Morris Furniture Group, have a vacancy for an
additional CAD Draughtsperson within our Technical Services Department.
The position will involve the technical drawing of furniture panel and
sometimes metal components for production. The creation and control of
bills of materials, liaison with design department, shop floor
personnel and customers will also be required on a day to day basis.
This is a wide and varied position drawing various ranges of furniture
for the office and bedroom markets. The ability to work on your own
initiative and to tight deadlines is necessary.
Candidates with experience of furniture manufacture will be preferred,
and knowledge of AutoCAD / CNC software will be beneficial. Salary will
be dependant on experience.
